Refusal of Unauthorized Email Collection

Please note that e-mail addresses posted on this website are not allowed to be collected without permission using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and that violations will be criminally punished under the Information and Communication Network Act. [In effect on April 1st, 2007]
Anyone who collects, sells, distributes, or uses e-mails without permission using technical devices will be fined up to 10 million won under Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
If you have suffered damage from unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses using the aforementioned technical device, please report it by call at [illegal spam response center] (T.1336) or the reporting window on the website (www.spamcop.or.kr).

[Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of email addresses)]

1. No one shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses on the Internet homepage where the intention to refuse to collect e-mail addresses is specified.

2. No one shall sell/distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph (1).

3. No one shall use it for information transmission, knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collection, sales, and distribution pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2).
